The diversity and flexibility of crisis response measures make it rather complicated to mark out the most efficient and powerful ways to overcome the problem. Development of an anti-crisis human resources management model and its integration into the enterprise daily management and planning operations is dictated by the crisis itself and by subsequent decrease of economic indexes and development prospects. The essence of anti-crisis administration of human resources including salaried employees, employers, and other enterprise owners is to establish the main factors of management efficiency in the crisis environment. These relations are based on principles, methods and ways to influence employees’ interests, behavior and activities with the purpose to make the best use of them. A model of the anti-crisis management is related to unleashing the required potential of a person, and includes professional and personal blocks.
