A legal framework of information openness in education organizations in Russian Federation was analyzed. The analysis of content fullness in official web-sites of vocational education organizations in accordance with regulations was carried out by the example of those in Sverdlovsk region. Problems arising during web-sites content provision in accordance with regulations were considered.
