The analyses of the main foundation and business development aspects of its internal potential is reviewed in this paper. It’s assessment including challenges of modern economics is given. Synergic aspect in the business development on the basics of forming motivation to self-development and creating favorable external environment of development is described in this article. Conclusions and recommendations are formulated.
