The author of the present paper reveals very important dependence of a company economic success on its integrity. Economic sense of a company's integrity is formulated. The dependence of total unit costs and losses, caused by a company's integrity factors, which is characterized by a minimum availability in the area of a company's necessary and sufficient integrity, is found out. It is shown that formation and maintenance of the required and sufficient integrity of a company leads to possibly better economic results under existing technology and market terms, in particular, maximum profitability of products, produced by a company. Two types of reserves providing growth of a company's production volume, namely, decrease of losses, caused by integrity low level and decrease of expenditures on formation and maintenance of a company's excessive integrity are stressed. Control over an integrity parameter is proved to refer to intense form of a company development.
