The article is devoted to the methods of industrial redevelopment of an iron foundry in the city of Sysert. Based on the ideas of E. S. Shapina and the FLACON-X team, the author chooses options for the development of the iron foundry, which is a monument of federal significance. On the example of the city of the Sverdlovsk region, conclusions are drawn about the most appropriate methods that take into account the natural and climatic conditions of the object, financial opportunities and volunteer resources.
