Single Window Reference Model is intended serve as guide for the convergence of national and regional approaches to Single Window concept implementation in international trade. Single Window Interoperability is complicated and multifaceted, so this should be the main issue in Single Window Reference Model developing. The article suggests a systematic approach to the Single Window Reference Model development based on a paradigm, known as corporate architecture or an enterprise architecture (architectural approach). In this case, Single Window Reference Model can find wide application in the formation of innovative processes of the digital economy.
