In this work we consider features of different teachers’ identification of their behavior in difficult pedagogical situations with the behavior of the "ideal" or a "real" teacher. We also give a comparative analysis of educational specialists’ and psychologists’ conceptions about a correlation of competence, qualities and skills necessary for effective pedagogical dialogue with such levels of communicative culture of a teacher as communicative literacy, communicative competence and communicative creativity.
