The article is devoted to comparison of methods of manufacturing bimetallic pipes in corrosion-resistant design. It is shown that at present the oil industry in Russia badly needs corrosion-resistant pipes, while the most effective is the development of a technology for the production of bimetallic pipes. A rational way of their manufacture is assembling and distribution on the mandrel or hydraulic distribution of the inner tube from corrosion-resistant steel to the formation of a strong connection with the outer pipe. It is shown that technological factors, especially the distribution method, influence the parameters of forming and the residual stresses of the bimetallic pipe. Based on the comparative analysis, conclusions are drawn about the most rational way of distribution.
