A method for determining the quality of the formation of the deposited roller during arc surfacing based on the methods of qualimetry with the calculation of a complex weighted average is presented. A scale for scoring individual indicators has been developed. The method is used to select a range of surfacing modes that provide better roller formation when using cored wire and pulse-arc technologies.
