The article addresses issues of practical importance concerning development of adolescents' communication skills by means of the training procedure. The author presents the results of a social-psychological training for adolescents aimed at development of their communication skills. The study conditions and used methods are described. The most effective practices are highlighted. The most easily trained communication skills are specified. The article describes the results of the qualitative (interpretation based on the research subjects' self-report) as well as quantitative (test measurements processing) analysis of the acquired data.
