A new approach to human detection methods in emergency is introduced. The approach is based on the simultaneous application of specific identification thermal contrasting marks and thermal imaging device. It allows saving detection time and detecting humans even without vital signs. Use of this method provides security of detection procedures even in night time due to possibility to act without light in visible wave length range.
