The authors propose an approach building a database describing the re-industrialization of countries scripts EAEC. The feature of this approach is the consideration of national economies in the form of developing ecological and socio-economic systems. According to the authors, the main source of development systems – innovative processes, covering all spheres of national economies. The purpose of the database that characterize the condition and development (dynamics) of ecological and socio-economic systems is the formation of an array of data to predict on the basis of simulation scenarios of the national economies of member countries of EAEC in terms of their re-industrialization. Create database must ensure the creation of an array of data, storage, update information describing the status and dynamics of the ecological subsystem of the national economies of these countries.
