The problem of interaction of the large integrated structures and the states at realization of large national investment projects gets recently still gained greater urgency/ In the present work is devoted to the analysis of problems and specificity of activity of the public-private partnership in building branch. It is concluded that the modern investment and building complex is a difficult system of interaction of various components, including the state.
