Solid-phase recovery of titanomagnetite concentrate on the Tebinbulakski deposit of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been studies and technological process requirements have been developed. The analysis of existing plating techniques has been carried out and the most suitable one for titanomagnetite concentrates has been selected. We propose the most efficient mode of heat treatment of ore-coal pellets in the furnace chamber - heating up to 1450 °C at a rate of 25 °C/min, held for 15 min and cooling rate of 30 °C/min. Calculated values of the most rational consumption of reducing agent (17.5 %) and the main charge (1.25) are confirmed experimentally. As a result of the processing of the experimental data, the mathematical dependencies of the quantity of metalized product quality metallized on the composition of the charge have been obtained. The results of the study can be used in industrial processing of titanomagnetite concentrates and other iron ore complex composition.
