Objective: To determine how the European Commission intends to establish partnerships between various stakeholders in the European Union (EU) countries in ensuring the stability of food supply to European markets, in protecting the incomes of European farmers, in maintaining the viability of European rural areas and in protecting the environment of rural areas, taking into account the ambitions of the European Green Deal, Farm to Fork strategies and biodiversity.
Method: the article uses technologies for a review and analytical study of the European experience in the implementation of political partnership mechanisms in the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union (ATS). From January 1, 2023 until the end of 2027, support for farmers and other actors in agriculture and rural areas will be based on the legal framework of the Common Agricultural Policy and in the versions of the National Strategic Plans of EU countries.
Results: based on the analysis of regulatory acts defining the rules for regulating the ATS, the structure of political partnership is identified, which is supposed to be used for the purposes of European state regulation. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the article proposed a political partnership scheme consisting of the formulation of the common values of the subjects of the partnership, which form interest groups for the relevant objects of regulation of the agrarian sphere of the European Union. Practical significance: the main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used in the study and study of the processes of forming a political partnership in the implementation of the new Common Agricultural Policy.
