The article deals with uniqueness and unrepeatability of any human being, considered as unique attributive relation of humanity and time. Time is a self-sufficient axis of a dynamic kind, laying outside the sphere of living creatures ’ identification ways, and the human being is essentially unthinkable outside the relation to the time. The problem of personality life career surpasses the questioning of its different stages ’possible interpretation, moreover, the phases of personality life path as essentially comparable. Life drama is too optimistic scenario, somewhat idealization of takeoffs and falls as equally accessible to any personality by the right of birth. Life-span socialization, in its turn, looks like a sentence and as anesthetics to the life drama, simultaneously. The premises of the paradox lay in the field of the external and the internal relations within the process of socialization. The main difficulties are of a general scientific character (the inner and the outer correlation), as well as of the specifically modern one (the influence of pragmatism and postmodernity as the semantic grounds of the business disciplines and social projects). Wherein the article is actualizing the investigations of social forms deduced in the classic sociology. Conclusion consists in the appeal to forms of sociability as an idiosyncratic counteragent of the socialization.
