The technology of production of capillary tubes for disposable syringes has been developed. The technological scheme of the process and heat treatment of pipes in pure hydrogen with blowing them with an inert gas is considered. Industrial studies were carried out to optimize the annealing of capillary tubes in an electric furnace. The field temperatures inside the muffles are analyzed. The optimum consumption of shielding gas and the maximum permissible flow rate of the purge gas, nitrogen and argon, are determined. Mechanical properties of pipes (billets) welded at the plant of medical preparations in Tyumen and manufactured at PNTZ have been studied. It is shown that when using nitrogen as protective (instead of hydrogen) and purging gases, the probability of obtaining cleaner pipe surfaces is significantly increased.
