Transfer of management technologies is a poorly studied topic in Russian management re searches. At the same time, business globalization increases the number of practical issues regarding the possi bility and effectiveness of transferring the best management practices in the company in cases of assets’ reloca tion, mergers and acquisitions. In this connection, the paper analyzes the existing foreign scientific literature on knowledge and management technologiestransfer, and specific properties of management technologies were proposed. Determining the possibility and success of the transfer, as well as the methodology for assessing the possibility of adapting various types of management technologies for selected characteristics. Methodical pro posals can be used in the practice of companies to assess the effectiveness of technology transfer in international projects.
