Terms and conditions of economic instability in Russia and the need to address the problems of increasing the competitiveness of both companies and their associations, raise serious problems of institutional transformation of the Russian economy. The state budget deficit in the implementation of national projects and programs need to find more effective forms of economic integration. The paper examines the initial conditions and prerequisites for the implementation of the integration process, the introduction of the integrated structure of the public partner (the state), summarizes the regulatory framework and the US anti-trust legislation is implemented methodological tools of competitiveness of Russian companies integrated assessment. The conclusion is that the increase in the level of competitiveness is a «point of growth» and sustainable development of the national economy.
