In the production of machine parts must be made tolerance control of their size with the help of special heads. Structurally, they are diverse and not always reliable enough. The article presents a metrological diagram of the proposed control head of a simplified design, as well as an analysis of its kinematic accuracy. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that correctly choosing the length of the measuring probe, the proposed control head for tolerance control of the dimensions of machine parts can be used with acceptable accuracy.
