This article is devoted to the problems of the project office performance evaluation at a machine-building enterprise. Evaluation of the administrative personnel work effectiveness is of particular relevance in modern conditions. The purpose of this article is to combine the technology of control points and business process indicators to evaluate the project office performance. The hypothesis about the possibility of using business process indicators to determine the effectiveness of the introduction of a project office at an industrial enterprise is considered. In the article, business process tools are used by the example of the process of putting products into production at an enterprise. A functional model of the business process of introducing the product into production is being built. The options for modernization that arise during the execution of an order are considered. An analysis of control points and areas of responsibility of employees is carried out. A new model of control and motivation of project office employees is proposed. The stages of analysis are accompanied by graphic illustrations, tables that allow us to visually demonstrate the logic of applying the method to the work of the enterprise. As a result, the concept of evaluating the effectiveness of the process of introducing a new product into production is formed. A formula for an integrated indicator for evaluating efficiency based on the developed system of responsibility is proposed. This approach will allow us to get an overall assessment, evaluate the contribution of individual departments and take into account additional factors that affect the execution of an order.
