The article describes the editorial vision of the scientific monograph creation "The Personality: Myths and Reality (Alternative look. System approach. Innovative aspects)" by Valeria Mukhina as wellas theeditor''s results of the included supervision over creative activity of the author-scientist. The article shows how the author''s and the editor''s creative interaction takes place during the work on the scientific text, how the internal position of the researching author is developed regarding the creation of the scientific monograph.
