Diffraction of electromagnetic wave with circular polarization on layered structure from any materials is considered. Reflection coefficients for fields with main and cross polarization and depolarization coefficient are determined. Numerical results are present. The phenomenon of full transformation of a field with the main polarization to cross polarization is marked.
