The article studies the main technological elements of building structures. Structural solutions are developed both in the process of preparation for construction and at the stage of building reconstruction; reconstruction of load-bearing walls and columns; making openings and openings in the walls and ceilings of the building; construction of additional floors, mezzanines, balconies, extensions, etc. The main task of designing structural solutions is to fully determine the scope of the forthcoming work, the choice of optimal materials and solutions. Thus, the design of structural solutions serves as a kind of answer to the question of how to build a durable, safe and comfortable building. In this regard, the detailed study of each detail and component is important.
