The paper first introduce the possibility of studying the behavior of the parent labour from the standpoint of dispositional approach at the macro, meso, micro levels of the parent labor organization. The studying the formation of labor behavior in the field of parenting with the proposed scheme will enable deeper analysis to investigate this phenomenon and to develop a basis of its regulation.
