The article is devoted to the study of the connection between happiness and psychological well being with perfectionism. Theoretical aspects of the relationship between these psychological phenomena are considered. The results of the empirical study (n = 120) are presented. The following resource were used in the study: the Oxford Happiness Inventory; the scale of psychological well-being by K. Rieff (adapted by L. V. Zhukovskaya, E. G. Troshikhina); the technique of perfectionism detection by P. A. Schuler; the multidimensional scale of perfectionism by P. Hewitt and G. Flett (adapted by I. I. Gracheva). The differences in the level of happiness, psychological well being and perfectionism between representatives of different socio-demographic groups were established. The correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between the indicators of happiness, psychological well-being and perfectionism. The differences were registered in the structure of correlations between female and male respondents, as well as adult and adolescent respondents, married and single ones, those with and without children.
