The article touches upon the major modern problems of such an important and actively developing type of mass media as corporate press. The author highlights 2 the most signifacant problems: the lack of professionalisms of many editors and newspaperman and the lack of undersanding of the spesific nature of corporate press of copmanies' chief officers. These two problems lead to many others that are also reviewed in this article: the absense of а well-developed model of a periodical, the dull presentation of information, the absense of feedback with readers, outmoded polygraphic process, etc.
