Effective management of land and property complex is one of the biggest challenges in terms of increased attention on the part of the Government of the Russian Federation on the development of domestictourism and the health of citizens. This publication is considered the author''s method of estimating the land-property complex of sanatorium facilities, based on the integrated use of the known methods and consolidation ofthe results. The main ways of an assessment of property are presented and are briefly characterized.
