Requirement to objective evaluation of regional executive authority is substantiated by strengthening of top-down operation on the territory of RF and higher requirements to social responsibility of regional heads and their administrations. That is why it is necessary to invent objective integrated method of regional policy’s efficiency evaluation. The development of regional executive evaluation method presented by the authors is created to form policy’s efficiency estimation, carried out by executive authority of Russian Federation’s subjects. The results can determine territories which require corrections in activity of regional and local authorities and can be a basis for corrective management events’ formation (increase of budget’s expenditure part efficiency, attraction of additional internal and external investment, exposure and use of internal-regional reserves of indices improvement). This publication exposes the additional development ways of regional executive authority’s efficiency evaluation methods, based on application of development strategy as a main information source for economic indices formation which reflects the efficiency. Meanwhile the suggested indices of economic efficiency characterize evaluation of strategic programs execution stages and events in local strategic economic complex.
