The use of transport in the transportation of products can be estimated productivity, labor and cost. Improvements in its use may be made by selecting cost-effective means and routes, taking into account local conditions, road conditions, crop loading methods and transportation distances. Transportation of potatoes during harvesting, as evidenced by observations, is made irrationally. Significant reserves in the transport support of potato harvesting take place in the improvement of the organization of transportation - the technology of loading and unloading, the choice of the route. A significant influence on the choice of method of transportation is influenced by the method of cleaning, then the method of transportation (using containers), loading and unloading, the distance of transportation. Schemes of transport maintenance harvesting potatoes are also linked with the method of storing the harvest: piles, heaps or bins. In the work the authors have proved the feasibility of the usage in the mechanized transport link trailers type OdAZ-885 with auto-trailers on the road and the semitrailer to the tractor and carriage when moving on the field to load. To prevent the vehicle from moving behind the equipment, it is recommended to use soft revolving containers.
