Analyzes of legislative novels related to the introduction of professional stand-ards. The professional standard of the manager and the GEF of higher education is compared in the direction of Management. There are terminological differences and a certain inconsistency of professional and educational standards. Some proposals on convergence of the content of the standards are formulated.
