Purpose: economic analysis of the commercial operations. Discussion: this paper evaluated the performance of financial and economic activity of PJSC «Gazprom» in the period from 2011 to 2014, including an analysis of property and financial situation, as well as analysis of financial results. Results: In general, appreciating the dynamics of the property of PJSC «Gazprom» - the liquidity, solvency and balance sheet structure of the investigated companies, the authors decreased efficiency of the use of all resources of the enterprise (fixed and current assets, as well as the labor force), which is reflected in the reduction of capital productivity, slowing the turnover current assets, as well as the insufficient pace of productivity growth.
