The method for full comparative estimation of properties of a material by the results of static tests of special samples on stretching in testing machine is offered. Full diagrams of deformation are built in simple, metal and energy economy consumption mechanical tests. Durability, plasticity factors, resistance to cracks and energy intensity of tested materials are compared by the diagrams. Kinetics of caused and degradation processes in railcars construction elements is detected by diagrams parameters change under external factors of diagrams.
