The article deals with the content of the parental labor as an economic category and its results, which are understood as a child human capital formed by the completion of all stages of the parental labor. The necessity for such analysis is related to the increasing aging of population and arising need for the pension reform. The authors propose to take into account the parental labor results in the process of calculating insurance pensions. The proposed mechanism is regarded as the basis for the pension reform, which will ensure the individualization of the pension insurance system and the solution of demographic problems. The introduction of this mechanism is not possible without the development of methodic for assessing the parental labor results. The authors developed three methodic approaches to their evaluation that based on the theoretical analysis. The first approach involves analysis of results at each stage of the parental labor. The second methodic approach aimed at consideration sources of information about the parental labor results. The third approach involves the allocation of health and social groups of indicators of the parental labor result. The article demonstrates the application of the proposed methodic approaches to the evaluation of the parental labor results on the example of the infant stage of this labor.
