The article describes the preventive methods of information protection. It is supposed to detail the description of the threat models to the aggravating circumstances of the crimes by four signs: the object, the subject, the objective side, the subjective side. It is proposed to introduce the additional control and monitoring measures of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. It is supposed to differentiate the subject of information security threats by the legal facts to the events and actions.
