High-growth companies, primarily companies-“gazelles” are a small group of companies as the country and the region, but at the same time are the points of economic growth and qualitative change agents. Companies- “gazelles” have proven efficiency in all areas, not only in high-tech industries and, but also on the “dying” markets. Companies of this type create the bulk of new jobs in the regions, as well as different exponential growth of the gross proceeds, which should create conditions for their support at the state level, mainly in the regions. Distribution companies-“azelles” to industry cohorts in the Greater Urals is similar with the national figures, however, has a clear bias - a large proportion of the cohorts in Wholesale and Retail Trade and Industry. Also these cohorts differ a lot of “gazelles”-centenarians. According to the authors, this situation is due, mainly, with special participation of the state in the activities of the representatives of the companies cohort difference in the GDP structure of the Russian Federation of the GRP of the Urals, as well as the geographic location of the territory.
