In the article, Ekaterinburg residents’ attitudes to the changes of city infrastructure that occurred in recent years are analyzed. Opinions of citizens are collected during the representative survey of the population conducted in 2016. Three main indicators were used to measure citizens’ assessment of changes: general improvement of urban environment, satisfaction with various areas of life in the places of residence, sufficiency/deficiency of the infrastructure benefits.
