This paper is devoted to the study of civic culture of the modern students of Sverdlovsk region. Dynamic measurement of the conductivity of this phenomenon in the moose monitoring surveys from 1995 to 2012. We consider the dynamics of political activity, apolitical motives, the ideological orientation, the legal consciousness of students.
