Conflicts, disputes, contradictions, inter-class struggle... These concepts that have arisen and keep arising for many centuries between social classes, as well as groups of people, have always taken place in the social sphere of society. However, not all conflicts can be called social, since there are different methods, classifications and features of conflict as a phenomenon of human life. In modern sociology, thanks to the works of L. Kozer, R. Darendorf and K. Boulding, a separate, independent direction has emerged - "legal conflictology" [1].
