The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On holding the Year of the Teacher and Mentor in the Russian Federation” in 2023 was adopted in order to recognize the special status of pedagogical workers and the beginning of its operation coincided with the anniversary of A.S. Makarenko. This name was marked with the words of the president at the start of the year of the teacher, but in practical life, we do not distinguish a teacher from an andragog, and only recently was the day of a higher school worker established. For A.S. Makarenko, the main thing in education was the presentation of demands for a normal act to pupils, but even, then there was a risk in a categorical requirement for a pupil. Today, con icts between teachers and schoolchildren are connected with the fact that in schools since the 90s. the educational function was eradicated, and society lost the state ideology. Since the issue is either presenting our civil demands or rejecting them, namely, they are formed during the Special Military Operation, the task of educating the Russian political elite and the younger generation has become acute. Risky pedagogy is transformed into a philosophy of categorical demands on the educatee, but in fact this appeal is not to the educated, but to the team. Soviet pedagogy discovered the law of parallel action, when a group of students acts as an educator, and each pupil, participating in the activities of the group, is educated himself. This is precisely what the of cials of the socialist society did not want to see and did not accept the pedologists of the last century.
