The article presents an analysis of the dynamics of professional plans of students in the Sverdlovsk region from 1995 to 2016. We have revealed the dependence of the structuredness and clarity of professional plans from the number of years of study at the university. The article identifies the main factors contributing to the actualization of the formed professional plans of students.
