FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in production of superfine grain oriented electrical steel (0.01-0.10 mm thick) used in production of magnet core pieces for high-frequency devices. At the intermediate stage of production an electric anisotropic steel is manufactured with scattered Goss texture (average angle of deviation of crystallographic axes [001] of the rolling direction is from 10 to 20°), which is subjected to cold rolling with high degree of reduction and annealing for primary recrystallization. Initially scattered texture improves the steel rollability at high degrees of deformation, as well as increases the level of magnetic properties of the end product.
EFFECT: method is of especial use in production of high-quality superfine electric steel on the basis of electric anisotropic steel containing copper from 0,4 to 0,6 wt%.
