The author identifies the trends in national security policies of Poland from 1989 to 2013 and focuses on a new security policy doctrine adopted on April 9, 2013. The doctrine is analyzed in the context of legal and strategic documents that set up Polish national security policies. The author concludes with his recommendations for improving national security system of Russia Federation.
