Investigation of a personnel management system depends largely on the existing approaches and methods. There is the problem of learning research quality undergraduate students. Integration approach is complex. It involves the application of several scientific approaches simultaneously. Scientific approaches define methods. Considered approaches and research methods can be used in writing the thesis in «personnel manager» and specialists in analytical and practical activities. Define the relevant scientific approaches to the study of the personnel management system. A ranking of areas of personnel management system of the organization. In this article, the author presents an analysis of diploma works of students on the quantitative and qualitative composition of the research methods. Analysis of the diploma work has shown that the quality depends on the choice of scientific approaches. Study personnel management systems necessary to improve the management of the organization.
