The paper presents the study results of the influence of thermal processing modes on the properties of wear-resistant steels for mining equipment parts and their manufacturing technology. Methods for obtaining high impact strength of cast steels operating at -40 4-60 °C are given. The rational modes of heat treatment are used as methods of rational management of the structure of foundry steels. The complex technology of castings manufacturing from complex alloyed wear-resistant steels such as 35Kh3N3MBFL and 20Kh12N3G4AFL, which provides the necessary set of properties and reliable operation, is proposed.
