In Russia, there is a lack of specialists in the field of software engineering, a lack of raw materials and components. For this reason, foreign specialists are invited and raw materials are imported, which, on the one hand, is a disadvantage, due to the lack of our own, domestic forces and a raw material base, but on the other hand, this contributes to the establishment and development of the construction of energy-efficient facilities in Russia, and hence to further improvement environmental situation in the country and attracting private investment in these areas. At the heart of the design concept of modern buildings is the idea that the quality of our environment has a direct impact on the quality of our lives at home, in the workplace or in public spaces that form the basis of our cities.
