The article explores the story of a modern wedding as a hypertext. The story of the wedding in the form of an interview is a whole, but multilevel text in which we can observe the coexistence of different narratives: a story about acquaintance, a story about studying at the university, etc. The purpose of the work is to define the term "hypertext" in the folklore sense and to analyze in this aspect the material we have collected (an interview about a wedding from the author's own collection).
