The article considers TV news as the complex text of media discourse. It is shown that the key role in formation of the integral, coherent and separate text is played by two specific mechanisms - scenario and replies of narrator, which organize text. The intention of editorial staff is embodied in scenario and its implementation guarantees integrity of the text. Replies of narrator provide implementation of scenario and also formation of the integral, coherent and separate text.
