In the historical literature indicates that the Cold War began after a speech by Winston Churchill in the U.S. city of Fulton (March 1946). This statement reflects the fact that, after a speech in Fulton, Anglo-Saxons and Russia moved from cooperation to mutual rivalry. But by that time, the ideological, geopolitical, cultural and religious forms of Cold war already existed.
