The author analyzes the university graduates career building problems using the socio-cultural approach. We mark out socio-cultural conflict which lays in the foundation of the university graduates professional career strategies at the turn of the 21th century. We have built the young university graduates career strategies typology and marked out the factors of its success in professional self-identification.
